Coating 
The Hunter Douglas Limited coating department mixes colours, prepares and coats the fabric using specifically formulated compounds.

The experienced staff in the coating team, with the aid of advanced machinery, has the ability to match any colour for use in the paste coating line.

Hunter Douglas Limited employ state of the art coating machines which produce blockout, translucent and foam coated fabrics ranging from 2.0m to 2.8m widths.

A highly sophisticated machine is used to heatset the sunscreen fabric ranges. A canvas coating machine is used to stripe the Poly cotton canvas range for use in exterior fabric awnings).
