Inspection 
Hunter Douglas Limited fabric quality inspection team have been trained to detect fabric faults, colour inconsistencies, and poor performing fabrics. They remove these on line so only the most perfect quality products are available for sale.

The Slitting Machine is capable of cutting wide width material to a series of smaller sizes for the vertical drape application. Common Sizes are 89mm, 100mm and 127mm blades. Other sizes can be cut for use in pelmets etc. The holland inspection machine inspects wide width fabric ranging from 2.0m to 3m with dual inspection views to maximise the operators fault detection.

Inspectors check all fabrics that go through the Slitting and holland inspection machines and remove any that do not meet Hunter Douglas Limited’s high quality standards.
