Coil Coating 
Coil Coating carried out by Hunter Douglas Limited is designed to meet all the appropriate test requirements of AS / NZS 2728 – 2007.

The coating process consists of top coats over corrosion resistant primers. The result is one of the finest and most durable modern coatings available with outstanding corrosion resistance combined with excellent colour and gloss retention which has a life expectancy expressed in decades.

Hunter Douglas Limited offers an extensive colour range and highly accurate colour matching using a unique computerised colour analysing and Intermix paint dispensing system.

Hunter Douglas Limited is able to meet short lead times from placement of order to the delivery of finished goods. Another advantage is a minimum order quantity of 600 lineal meters of coil per colour.

All paint batches are tested; quality assurance checks are then carried out during and after the finished sheet has been recoiled.
