We believe our employees are the company's most valuable assets, that all injuries are preventable, and their health, safety and work environment are of upmost importance.

We have annual objectives for continuous improvement and incentives for staff to find any potential hazards before they may cause accidents.

Every new employee or contractor who comes to Hunter Douglas must go through an Occupation Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) induction. OHSE does not end at inductions; all staff participate in regular OHSE training to ensure everyone is up to date on the latest safety procedures. In addition, Hunter Douglas Limited has an OHSE committee which is comprised of team members from every facet of the business.

We believe that management and staff must work together to make safety an essential part of our workplace culture.
